After receiving employment with a Caring Workplaces construction company, one of our clients through the support of his employer, was able to have his driver’s license reinstated and purchase his own vehicle. He was also offered the opportunity to attend construction training courses paid for by his employer, which allowed him to gain more skills and potentially advance in his career. In addition, he was able to successfully have his court ordered community service reduced after his CPRS advocated for him in court and spoke on behalf of his sustained employment and sobriety. This client recently celebrated both his 3 year anniversary of sobriety and employment and has received several pay increases since starting work with his Caring Workplaces employer.
