  • Sign a Declaration Statement to be shared with all employees

  •  Drug and Alcohol policy review

  • Company’s leadership team participates in a “Caring Workplaces Supervisors training”

  • A minimum of 30% of employees participate in one of several courses offered on Caring Workplaces topics such as Stigma in the Workplace, Narcan, Mental Health in the Workplace, etc. Training can be delivered online, in person or virtually

  •  Can be achieved through your company’s ongoing demonstration of recovery friendly practices such as hirings, additional trainings and community events.
