Employers will receive for themselves and their employees free of charge:​

• Access to a Caring Workplaces Coordinator who can work closely with the leadership team to assist with various resources as identified and needed by the employer.

• A review of their existing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug policies by a team versed in best practices from the ETSU Addiction Science Center.

• Free trainings on topics related to substance use disorders, addiction, and behavioral and mental health.

• Access to Certified Recovery Specialis for current workforce needs and retention.
